How to Place your Order

If you’ve decided to preserve your beautiful blooms with us, thank you — we’re honoured to create your timeless keepsake. Simply follow these three easy steps:

1. Visit the “Timeless Blooms” tab.
Here, you’ll find The Uniquely Yours Collection – a fully customizable range where each piece is crafted using the flowers you send and tailored to your personal preferences. Please note, this option is available to UK customers only.

2. Select your product.
Start by selecting your preferred product and booking a time slot for when your flowers are expected to arrive at our studio (typically one to two days after your event).
Each product from this collection requires a time slot. If you are purchasing multiple products, please ensure you select the same time slot for all items.

OR

Send us a private message, we'd be happy to book you in and we would only require £50 deposit to secure your date. This amount is fully redeemable against your remaining orders.

3. Checkout and provide your details.

Proceed to checkout and enter your contact, shipping, and payment information. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as a variety of secure payment options.

Shop Pay Installments (UK Customers)

For added flexibility, eligible UK customers can choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout. For typical orders (approx. £50–£999), we offer 3 interest-free monthly payments via Shop Pay. For larger or higher-value purchases, customers may be offered extended payment plans — spreading the cost over several months (e.g. 6, 12, or even up to 24 months), depending on order size and approval. A small initial payment may apply, and financing terms (interest) will be clearly shown at checkout.

How it works:

  • Available for orders £50 to £30,000 GBP (including taxes, shipping, and discounts).

  • Select Shop Pay Installments at checkout.

  • You’ll see a clear payment schedule before completing your order.

  • Make your first payment at checkout, then pay the remaining instalments automatically each month.

  • Approval decisions are quick, and you’ll receive reminders for upcoming payments.

Eligibility:
Shop Pay Installments is available to customers in the United Kingdom paying in GBP, provided they meet Shop Pay’s standard requirements at checkout.
