Process & Timeline
Our Preservation Journey
Every bloom tells a story — we’re here to help yours last forever. Here’s what happens once your flowers arrive at our studio:
1. Arrival & Inspection (1-2 Days)
We carefully unwrap and inspect your flowers to assess their condition.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your flowers arrive safely.
2. Silica Gel Preservation (4–8 weeks)
Your flowers are placed in a bed of premium silica gel, where they slowly dry while maintaining their natural shape and color.
This process ensures your blooms stay as close to their original beauty as possible.
Please note that certain flowers take longer time to dry. Some flowers also change in colors when dried, please read T&Cs for more details.
3. Design Policy
As a resin artist, my goal is to create timeless keepsakes that beautifully capture the essence of your flowers. Each piece is designed with great care and artistic intention to highlight the natural beauty of your blooms.
I kindly ask that you entrust me with the creative process so I can design your piece in the most harmonious and visually balanced way possible.
If you would like to preview design options and be involved in the design process, I’m happy to offer a Design Consultation Service. This includes 2 initial design concepts and one minor revision for £30. If you'd like to request further designs or mock-ups, this would be charged at a further rate of £25 per mock-up. Please note that this process involves additional time and creative work on my end, which is why the fee applies.

4. Resin Casting & Curing (8-12 weeks)
Your flowers are carefully casted in high-quality resin, poured in layers to reduce bubbles and preserve clarity.
After pouring, the resin is left to cure fully for a strong, glass-like finish. Though resin may look dry and hard from the outside, it needs at least 4 weeks to fully cure properly.
5. Sanding & Polishing (4-6 weeks)
Once cured, your piece is sanded, polished, and inspected for quality.
We apply top-coat resin to improve its heat & UV resistance. This top-coat resin needs another 3-4 weeks to fully cure.
The sanding and top-coating process can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.
6. Finishing Touches & Delivery
We package your keepsake securely and ship it straight to your door — ready to be cherished for years to come.
Total Timeline: Approximately 4 to 8 months
Timelines may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and the type of flowers being preserved. Additional factors, such as the availability of your chosen mold or block style, may also affect production time.
While I work closely with trusted suppliers for resin and other raw materials, there may occasionally be unforeseen circumstances in the market that could delay the procurement of certain items. Please rest assured that these situations are managed carefully and promptly, though slight delays may sometimes occur beyond my control.
